For British motoring fans, the newly developed Austin View at Longbridge is THE place to live! Formerly the manufacturing site of the iconic Austin Mini, Austin View has recently been converted by St Modwen Homes into 56 stylish new apartments and we were delighted to be involved in making the development secure for its new residents.
The open-plan one and two bedroomed apartments have each been fitted by CSS Ltd with IP CCTV, access control and an intercom system, giving the new residents peace of mind that they’re not only living in style but also in safety. The IP CCTV system that we installed is one of the clearest and most reliable available, with no grainy indistinct pictures, glitches or blind spots – just clarity and stability, producing high-resolution footage that can be viewed anywhere at any time from any device. Added to this, access control and remote intercom means that, whether residents are in or out, they can have full control over who has access to their apartments.
As ever, we meticulously planned the installation before arriving on site so that we could work seamlessly alongside the other contractors who were involved in this project. Timely delivery is imperative in a collaborative project like this so our installation was, as ever, conducted quickly and professionally, working to St Modwen Homes’ development schedule and high specification.
